Specs shown are typical; final specs are per contract/PI. Typical laycan 20–40 days after operative instrument. Instruments: DLC at sight / SBLC (UCP 600 / URC as applicable).

SGS at load (and discharge if agreed). COA in our name. Drafts and originals must be clean and bankable; discrepancies handled per contract procedures.

We own label and QR trace. Lot IDs follow our SOP. Any private label must comply with destination regulations; buyer responsible for local registrations.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses from site use. Contractual liability for shipments is governed solely by the executed agreement.

Unless stated otherwise in a contract, disputes arising from site use are governed by applicable Brazilian law and competent jurisdiction. Shipment contracts may specify a different governing law/venue.
