Brazil exporter credentials
We export under our Brazilian legal entity. Below are our core identifiers and proof documents commonly requested by banks and customs.
If you need notarized/certified copies or apostilles, email ops and we’ll arrange per destination rules.
Download samples
Redacted examples to align your bank & customs team. Originals are issued per deal.
Importer checklist (CIF)
Need a template PI or contract rider? Ask ops.
Bank instruments
We work with confirmed DLC / SBLC. Flows align to UCP 600/URC with bank-to-bank confirmation. For trials, escrow or progress milestones can be discussed case-by-case.
- MT700 or MT760 (confirmed) preferred.
- Performance bond (2%) available on larger programs.
- All drafts shared before issuance to reduce bank queries.
Traceability & lot IDs
Each bag carries a lot ID and QR code pointing to an internal register (packer line, date/time, shift). COA cross-references; SGS sampling is recorded at load. Discharge SGS available on request.
